OA approved literature (OA & AA books, workbooks and pamphlets) is available through  the Tulsa OA Office and through OA World Service.  You can view what OA has to offer by going to OA World Service's link for literature.

Lifeline Magazine

Overeater's Anonymous international magazine.  It serves as an indispensable "meeting-on-the-go" to its members.  Since 1962 when the first issue debuted as the OA Bulletin, Lifeline has offered encouragement and hope to thousands of readers.  Tucked in a purse, a suit coat pocket or a lunch bag, Lifeline accompanies members on their "road to recovery" - ready to provide inspiration and support when needed.  To subscribe:

Cassettes tape are available for check out at the Tulsa OA office.  These tapes have speakers from past Tulsa workshops, Oklahoma summer conventions, and OA Region III convention meetings. 

 

You can also download speakers digitally onto your MP3 player or other device from the Los Angeles OA Intergroup's Speakers website.  They also have links to speakers in OA groups in other parts of the country).
