Meeting was called to order by the chair, Priscilla, who also led the group in the Serenity Prayer.

Secretary Report – Approved and accepted.
Treasurer Report –

Approved and accepted after motion and discussion on literature for the Spring Retreat. A motion was made by Linda and amended by Sally to offer the sponsorship packets at the Spring retreat with a donation basket for those who wish to give a donation for the literature otherwise the cost of the packets will be expensed to the Retreat. Unused packets will be transferred to the Literature expense line.Office Report –

Judi has had the phone for this past month and will continue to take it for the next. Her calls have come from people who found us on the Internet.

TSW (Linda) – A new RR Workshop will be starting up in June & Linda has written an article for the Oasis on TSW.·
WEB/OASIS (Donna) –o
Our Domain name fee is due. Karen will follow up and pay this.o
Sally made a motion that we establish a free email address for Intergroup which all board members will have access to. Donna will follow up with this.o
Linda reported that IGs are requested to hyperlink to meetings on OA.org rather than have separate pages on their own web sites. Donna is following up on this.DELEGATES REPORT-

Linda T. gave the attached report on the Spring Region 3 Assembly in March.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS-
·
Spring Retreat 2010 – Everything is ready. It was approved for Pat to bring her mother to help with the food preparation.·
Summer Convention 2010 – Karen presented a brochure which was approved with minor changes. The theme is Camp Happy Destiny. Workshops will include the Principles, Promises and Tools.·
Fall Retreat 2010 – Karen has volunteered to be the chair. She is considering a couple of ideas for the retreat and will present one later.
NEW BUSINESS-

Health Fairs – Whirlpool and KTUL have contacted us about our presence at their Health Fairs. Priscilla and Linda will consider serving at the Whirlpool Health Fair May 19th. More information will be coming about the KTUL one.Meeting was adjourned with the Third Step Prayer.
